HOW TO GET TESTED
**On the day of your appointment, please mention that you are getting tested for COVID-19 with Bach Diagnostics. Otherwise, there may be a delay in processing your sample.**
STEP 1: Fill out your info
Print and fill out the laboratory order form below prior to your visit. If you cannot complete it at home, however, please inform the testing center on the day of your appointment that you are getting tested for COVID-19 with Bach Diagnostics and they will provide you with a form.
STEP 2: Make an appointment
You do not have to make an appointment. All visits are considered walk-ins. You may visit our testing center located at

STEP 3: Get tested
On the day of your appointment, be sure to bring your completed laboratory order form and your insurance cards.

STEP 4: Await your results
You will receive an email regarding your results within 3-4 days of getting your blood drawn and/or PCR nasal swab test. If you have not provided an email, your results will be mailed to you within 5-7 days.
